The audit identified more than 100 AI opportunities, and leveraged data to forecast their potential return on investment. In some cases, where the economic projections were dependable on other business factors (not only tied to AI innovation), the AI Manager 360 platform provided a high level estimation of the initiative’s impact.

The forecasted results for the AI-automated video creation solution include a 75% reduction in video production costs, a 100–200% improvement in engagement rates, over 15% improvement in Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), a 50% boost in reach and impressions, and a conversion rate increase of more than 50%.
Custom Customer Support Using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Use case
Utilise custom RAG technology to provide dynamic, data-driven responses to customer inquiries, particularly for frequently asked, information-based queries common in e-commerce (e.g., “Where is my order?” or “Can I change the delivery address?”).
The RAG system retrieves factual information from databases and generates a conversational response, streamlining the customer support process and offering a natural, responsive experience for customers.

Although several low code and no code solutions were considered, a custom RAG implementation was selected due to its effectiveness, long-term cost efficiency, and alignment with cybersecurity and data privacy requirements.
The custom approach minimised future risks of switching solutions and ensured a robust, sustainable framework for handling support queries.
Forecasted results
The forecasted impact of the custom RAG implementation for customer support includes a 20% reduction in cost per ticket, a 7% increase in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), a 25% improvement in agent productivity, and an 8-point increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Additional key metrics such as time to first response, average handling time, and first contact resolution were also expected to improve significantly.
